Welcome to the musical world of KUBAS (Pronounced QBAS).

KUBAS was formed in August 2015 to promote "Strumming for Smiles".

It is a friendly, social ukulele club in Kent that brings like-minded people together with an interest in ukuleles, banjuleles and music. The valued "Kubasian" members consist of all ages and abilities including “beginners” – “intermediates” – “professionals” that enjoy a great relaxing night out playing and singing songs.

KUBAS plays a variety of songs from all eras from the 1920's to modern. There are over 200 exciting songs compiled by the members. The songs played at each meeting are chosen by the members. KUBAS performs to local groups, helping to bring smiles and raising money for local charities.

KUBAS prides itself to be driven by the members to ensure everyone is entitled to a say in what they would like from the society. There is no charge at the meetings, that means it is absolutely FREE!
